To help with the cost of dental services, we help in many ways. We offer prepayment savings – saving us money we can pass on to you – and accept a variety of payment methods and offer our qualifying patients additional in-house financing options.

This courtesy discount is offered if you pre-pay for your treatment including the insurance portion when first presented, available when you pay with a check, cash or credit card.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.
Insurance Billing
We’re happy to file claims for you, and will accept assignment of benefits, where available. Patients are responsible for differences in fees when seeing an out of network provider. Co-payment estimates, based on general insurance company information, are expected at time of service. Actual benefits and insurance company policies vary, and the benefit amount isn’t known until services are completed, insurance is billed and paid. A first statement will be sent showing the balance and is due upon receipt. A $25 rebilling charge is incurred for a second and subsequent statements.
Automatic Monthly Payments
Existing patients with no past-due balances may choose this plan at time of service for balances due between $300 and $999 with half due at the beginning of treatment, and the balance within 30 days of the completion of treatment.
For balances greater than $999, payment is divided into thirds, 1/3 at the beginning of treatment, 1/3 due 30 days later, and the final 1/3 with in 60 days of initial service. Debit and credit card charges are processed on the date of initial treatment. Ask a staff member for more details.
